European Center for Constitutional and Human Rights (ECCHR)
Zossener Str. 55-58 (Staircase D), 10961 Berlin

Ben Wizner has been at the forefront of defending civil liberties in the United States for decades. He represented Edward Snowden and has shaped significant geopolitical developments through his work. Since Donald Trump’s return to the White House in 2025, Wizner and the ACLU have filed 79 lawsuits against the administration—three-quarters of which have succeeded in securing injunctions or favorable rulings.

At this BrunchTalk, Ben Wizner will discuss these developments and broader human rights challenges in conversation with Wolfgang Kaleck, General Secretary of ECCHR.

We look forward to welcoming you to what promises to be an inspiring and thought-provoking exchange.
