Christian Schliemann-Radbruch is a qualified lawyer and senior legal advisor at ECCHR where he co-directs the Business and Human Rights program together with Cannelle Lavite. After his law studies in Berlin and Strasbourg, he worked as a research fellow and completed his PhD in public international law at the Freie Universität Berlin, Germany. At ECCHR, he accompanies legal interventions by communities and individuals negatively affected by corporate activities in transnational constellations. He concentrates in particular on the agribusiness sector and highly hazardous pesticides, arms exports, supply chain liability, as well as international investment law’s impacts on human rights.
