Alina Pucko

Alina Pucko studied law at Humboldt University in Berlin and the University of the Western Cape (South Africa). She also specialized in international law and human rights during an LL.M. at Columbia Law School (New York). After completing her studies, she worked as an intern at the International Criminal Court and Human Rights Watch and as a legal consultant for the Syria Justice and Accountability Centre. Following her legal clerkship at the Berlin Court of Appeal, she worked as a Mercator Fellow in digital investigations at Amnesty International. She has joined ECCHR's International Crimes and Legal Accountability program as a legal advisor in September 2025.
