Bex Grayzel-Ward

Bex Grayzel-Ward studied law at Berkeley Law School (U.S.), where they earned a Juris Doctor with certificates in International Law and Public Interest & Social Justice. They hold a B.A. in Public Policy Studies, with a minor in Human Rights, from the University of Chicago. Bex’s prior work includes advocating for youth in humanitarian contexts in Chicago, US and Vienna, Austria. While at law school, they served as a graduate student researcher at the Human Rights Center supporting queer refugee youth and as a human rights officer for the Permanent Mission of the Republic of the Marshall Islands to the Human Rights Council. In September 2026, Bex joined ECCHR’s Border Justice Project as a legal fellow.
