Annabell Brüggemann

Annabell Brüggemann studied law in Frankfurt/M. with a focus on fundamentals of law (philosophy, history and sociology of law). During her studies, she was active with Amnesty International. She supported ECCHR as a trainee during her legal clerkship and gained further experience in a law firm in Frankfurt/M. focusing on criminal and migration law. Subsequently, she worked as a legal advisor in the administration of the German Bundestag, in particular on transparency obligations for members of parliament, and as a research fellow at the Chair of Public Law and Comparative Law at Humboldt University Berlin. In February 2023, she joined the Business and Human Rights program at ECCHR as a legal advisor.
