The study Menschenrechte vor Profit: So wird’s gemacht describes how companies can implement human rights due diligence in their production and supply chains. On the basis of three concrete cases – KiK, Nestlé and Lahmeyer – authors Claudia Müller-Hoff and Miriam Saage-Maaß show different avenues to reach this goal and thereby counter the argument that human rights due diligence places too high a burden on companies and gives them a competitive disadvantage.
