In the face of the Russian war of aggression in the Ukraine, we – like many other people – feel largely helpless. Therefore, in our current statements, we call for more global solidarity, more respect for political and social human rights, and the strengthening of international law. In addition to this, it remains crucial that we continue to defend human rights in other places as well: for instance, in a new project with a broad alliance, we would like to draw attention to Germany’s colonial heritage and expose racist patterns of discrimination.
