Tobias Singelnstein

Tobias Singelnstein is professor of criminal law and criminology at the Goethe-Universität in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. He focuses on topics such as social control, police and the judiciary as well as criminal law and procedural law – including malpractice, criminal investigations and rules of evidence, as well as data processing in criminal proceedings. He published several books and many articles on these topics. He coedits the journals Neue Kriminalpolitik and Kriminologisches Journal.
