Corey Barber holds a Master of Public Policy from the Hertie School of Governance in Berlin, a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Modern Languages from Beloit College in Wisconsin (US) and has studied in Peru, Spain and Russia. She has worked in public relations and public affairs in human rights, international development and healthcare since 2010. Her research on evaluating strategic human rights litigation, including ECCHR cases, was published in the International Journal of Human Rights in 2012. She first joined ECCHR as a Legal Trainee in 2009. Corey Barber has consulted ECCHR’s Media and Communications department since August 2019.
