Through its various publications ECCHR offers a general insight into the organization’s work and cases as well as background information on legal tools and developments.
Since 2009 ECCHR has produced annual reports documenting and reflecting on its projects and cases. These reports also contain information on events and publications and on ECCHR’s partner organizations, cooperating lawyers and supporters.
The studies and reports published by ECCHR, some compiled in cooperation with partner organizations, analyze structural problems in the areas of International Crimes and Accountability as well as Business and Human Rights. This work aims to trigger and further legal and political debate at a national and international level.
ECCHR policy papers examine fundamental legal questions on the basis of specific cases with a view to their wider social, political and economic context. Proposals and calls for reforms within legal practice and theory form a key element of these publications.
